Hardness tester, this product is used to measure the hardness of various fruits such as apples, pears, watermelons, bananas, etc., to determine the maturity of the fruits, and to reasonably grasp the cultivation of high-quality seeds, picking time, processing time, harvesting and storage, export transportation, and other picking processes. It is suitable for use by fruit tree research departments, fruit tree farms, fruit companies, colleges and universities, and other units. This instrument is small in size, light in weight, intuitive in numerical display, easy to carry, and suitable for fruit inspection in fruit venues. It can also be assembled for machine use, can test the accuracy during testing, and is suitable for inspection departments.
principle
Fruit hardness refers to the pressure (N) exerted by a force measuring spring on a unit area (S) of a fruit, and their ratio is defined as fruit hardness (P).
P=N/SP - hardness value of the tested fruit 105 Pa or (kg/cm2)
N - The force exerted by the force spring on the surface of the fruit, measured in newtons or kilograms
S - The area of force on the fruit in square meters or (square centimeters)
Specification parameters
Usage
1. Before measurement, the knob should be loosened and the dial should be rotated to align the driving pointer (straight head) with the initial scale line, and then the knob should be tightened and tightened. Check if the indicator pointer is on the right side of the driver pointer. If not, rotate the zero knob to make the indicator pointer on the right side of the driver pointer.
2. To achieve ideal accuracy, before measurement, press the pressure head with your hand and apply full range pressure two to three times to lubricate it.
3. When measuring hardness, it should be inserted evenly and slowly, without rotation or impact during measurement.
4. The pressure head should be perpendicular to the surface of the fruit.
5. The outer ring scale unit of AGY-1 and AGY-2 fruit hardness testers is × 105 Pa, and the inner ring scale unit is kg/cm2. For AGY-3 type, when connecting a small indenter, the inner ring scale is used for reading, and when connecting a large indenter, the outer ring scale is used for reading.
6. Keep the instrument and pressure head clean, and clean the juice after measurement.
7. The upper rack joint is a component used by the testing department to connect with the rack. When it needs to be connected, turn the knob and use the screws inside to screw into the screw holes on the rack.
8. After more than one year of use, the back cover should be opened and a small amount of clock oil should be injected into the spindle, teeth, gemstone eyes, guide grooves, etc. for lubrication to improve instrument accuracy and extend service life.
9. The force measuring spring has been calibrated at the factory, and it is not allowed to rotate the nut without authorization.
(The table has indicated that do not disassemble by yourself)
